A catch-all domain accepts all email addresses regardless of whether the specific mailbox exists. These emails may or may not bounce. We flag them separately so you can decide how to handle them.

Role emails like info@, admin@, support@ are shared/functional accounts. They rarely belong to individuals and often result in higher unsubscribe rates, complaints, or bounces. We flag but don't remove them — the decision is yours.

Purchase a plan, receive a license key via email, activate it in your dashboard. Your quota is consumed as you verify emails. Monthly plans reset each month; 6-month and yearly plans have a total quota.

Yes. Verified emails can be exported in CSV, TXT, JSON, or XLSX format. You can export all results or filter by status (valid only, invalid, risky, catch-all).
