By accessing or using EpicMailVerifier, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Each license key is for use by a single organization on a single server/domain. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing access is prohibited without explicit written permission.
EpicMailVerifier may only be used for legitimate email list hygiene purposes. You agree not to use this service to verify email addresses for spam campaigns, phishing, or any illegal activities.
Subscriptions are sold as license keys. Quotas are consumed upon verification. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 100 verifications have been consumed.
While we strive for maximum accuracy, email verification results are estimates. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy — catch-all servers, temporary failures, and greylisting may affect results.
EpicMailVerifier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
