We collect email addresses you submit for verification, your account credentials (username, email, hashed password), campaign metadata, and basic server logs (IP addresses, timestamps).
Email lists submitted for verification are processed in real-time and stored temporarily for campaign management. We do not sell, share, or use your email lists for any purpose other than providing the verification service.
Campaign data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete campaigns and associated data at any time from your dashboard. Account data is deleted upon request.
All data is stored on your own server in your own database. EpicMailVerifier is a self-hosted solution — you control your data. We recommend enabling HTTPS and regular database backups.
Verification may involve DNS lookups and SMTP handshakes with third-party mail servers. No personal data is transmitted in these requests — only the email address being verified.
